RSA No.4230 of 2011 (O&M) -2Main case This is defendants' appeal against the judgment and decrees of the Courts below concurrently awarding compensation to the plaintiffs for injury caused by the defendants to the victim member of the family of the plaintiffs. An FIR was lodged against the offender under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including Section 307.

Having read both the judgments, I have no doubt that the amount of compensation awarded is just, fair and reasonable and has been granted for good and sufficient reasons.

There are pure questions of facts involved in this case with no question of law much less substantial arising for determination in Second Appeal.

Therefore, no interference is called for and the appeal is ordered to stand dismissed.
