The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.162, dated 07.06.2023, registered under Sections 302, 34 IPC at Police Station Dhauj, District Faridabad. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, three accused namely Sakib, Sajid and Imran stand arrested on 25.08.2023 and challan has been presented.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
