As per reply filed on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3, it is stated that petitioner himself on 28.10.2016 had given in writing that he would not claim a sum of Rs.10,209/- for the period 04.02.2004 till 03.02.2005. Remaining claim due to the petitioner, it is stated, has been released. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner is not entitled the claim regarding medical reimbursement as well because treatment undergone by respondent no.5 is cosmetic in nature inasmuch as there was a correction of refractive error of eye through laser technology. It is noticed that none has been appearing on behalf of petitioner on various occasions with there being a written request for adjournment on his behalf on one occasion. Today again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
