BHARDWAJ, J,(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing the point No.1.1.5 (b) of Sale Manuals Instructions (Annexure P-2) to the extent it is mandatory to submit "No Objection Certificate" from the other owners in the form of affidavit for tubewell connections for agriculture purpose and order dated 21.07.2023 (Annexure P-4) whereby petitioner has been denied tubewell connection. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition, at this stage.
