Mr. Inderesh Goel, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.04.2018 whereby she had been repatriated to her parent University. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he is not pressing this petition with regard to repatriation but would confine the prayer in this petition to the outstanding amount towards salary, which is yet to be paid. He also submits that the petitioner shall be preferring a representation in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in the event of the petitioner preferring a representation, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of its receipt.
