Through this appeal, appellant-claimant has sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned award dated 07.10.2015 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Patiala (in short 'the Tribunal').

Learned counsel for the appellant inter alia contends that the Tribunal erred in not awarding compensation towards future medical expenses.

On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company, refuting above submissions, contends that appellant has not been able to produce any document qua medical expenditure after RAVINDER SINGH 2019.10.14 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2FAO No.2611 of 2017 passing of the impugned award. Therefore, she is not entitled to any compensation under the said head.

Having given thoughtful consideration to the rival submissions, this Court finds the instant appeal completely devoid of any merit for the simple reason that even on asking by this Court, learned counsel for the appellant did not produce any medical bills qua expenditure allegedly incurred by the appellant-claimant after passing of the impugned award. Thus, it is apparent that appellant-claimant did not incur any medical epenses after pronouncement of impugned award. Accordingly, nothing can be awarded to the appellant-claimant for future medical expenses. Dismissed.
