***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to issue passport to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over a copy of letter dated 12.06.2025, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

2.1 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide above referred letter dated 12.06.2025, certain clarifications were sought from the petitioner, however, instead of responding to the said letter, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by filing the instant writ petition. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to respond to letter dated 12.06.2025 at the first instance.
