Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner only wishes to be impleaded as a party to address arguments and that he does not want to file any fresh written statement or lead any fresh evidence and he would argue the matter only on the basis of the evidence already produced on the record by his vendor.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that he has no objection if the petitioner is impleaded as a party provided that the petitioner does not delay the proceedings and that he does not file any application for filing a fresh written statement or leading any evidence. 3.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off. The application filed by the petitioner for being impleaded as a party is allowed and he is ordered to be impleaded as a party.
