CM No. 14167-C of 2016 in RSA No. 2883 of 2011 & CM No. 14163-C of 2016 in RSA No. 161 of 2012 Learned counsel for appellants in both the appeals submits that the matter has since been amicably settled between the parties vide compromise dated 27.09.2016 (Mark C-1) and appeals may be disposed of as per said compromise.

In view of submission of learned counsel for appellants, appeals are taken on board today itself for disposal on the basis of compromise dated 27.09.2016.

RSA No. 2883 of 2011 and RSA No. 161 of 2012 Learned counsel for parties submit that the matter has since been amicably settled vide compromise dated 27.09.2016, which is taken on Jitender Kumar 2016.11.07 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RSA No. 2883 of 2011 -2record as 'C-1' and under the settlement, decree stands satisfied, as such, appeals have become infructuous.

Disposed of as the matter has already been settled as per compromise (C-1).

Copy of this order be placed on the file of other connected matter.
