***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 131 dated 29.06.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS, 2023 added lateron) registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, District Patiala(Annexure P-1). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
