**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 and 3 to either form a Special Investigating Team (SIT) or transfer the investigation of FIR No.84 dated 06.08.2018, to some independent agency, in order to conduct fair investigation. Reply by way of an affidavit dated 02.12.2019 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-I, Patiala, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that on the application dated 21.03.2018 moved by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the DSP (Headquarters), Patiala and that, on the basis of the recommendation of the Investigating Officer and legal opinion of the District Attorney, FIR was registered against unknown persons. CRM-M-38875-2019 (O&M) -2Thereafter, the petitioner again moved an application dated 08.01.2019 before the SSP, Patiala, for nominating Sushil Kumar @ Kala, Shakti @ Sonu, Gagandeep @ Gaggu, Sham Lal, Rakesh Kumar @ Bobby, as accused. An enquiry was again conducted by the DSP City-I, Patiala and after thorough investigation, it was found that though a quarrel took place between Rinku (son of the petitioner) and the aforesaid persons, yet the petitioner was not able to produce any witness or proof regarding involvement of the aforesaid persons and the complaint was filed. As noticed above, twice the enquiries were conducted in the present case and nothing incriminating has come on record against the alleged accused persons.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
