***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent nos.4 to 6.

Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners will be decided within three days from the date of its receipt as is stipulated in the Standard Operating Procedure, in the light of notification No.12/252/20234HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Haryana Government.

In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
