This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 for registering an FIR by taking stern action against respondents No. 4 and 5 for unlawfully entering the house of the petitioner with a further prayer to direct official respondent to decide representation dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
