**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) On 05.07.2023 following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions on behalf of the appellant.

On previous occasion, learned counsel for the appellant submitted before the Court on the basis of some unverified information that the appellant has passed away. He showed his inability to confirm the aforesaid fact for which the concerned SHO was directed to confirm the alleged death of the appellant.

A status report has been received by way of affidavit of Sh. Sumer Singh SI, Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar Hansi wherein it has been deposed that the appellant is still alive.

Since learned counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions, therefore, let actual date notice be sent to the appellant returnable on 13.09.2023."
