For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the appeal is taken up on board today.

CM-11250-CII-2026 Prayer in the present application preferred under Section 151 CPC is for placing on record a copy of the settlement/compromise deed dated 20.05.2026 as Annexure A-1.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. A copy of the settlement/compromise deed dated 20.05.2026 is taken on record as Annexure P-1. The Registry is directed to place the same at an appropriate place in the case file.

CM-11306-CII-2026 This is an application moved under Section 151 CPC for disposal of the present appeal in terms of final settlement/compromise deed dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure A-1) arrived at between the parties before the VIKAS CHANDER 2026.05.29 15.39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the parties have amicably settled the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and all issues involved between the parties have been settled to their satisfaction in terms of settlement deed dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure A-1). Under the circumstances, he prays that the present appeal be disposed of as such.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

FAO-2656-2017 (O&M) In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the appellant and the aforesaid order passed in CM-11306-CII-2026, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement deed dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure A-1).
