The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.1 to 5 to enquire the case bearing FIR No.874 dated 16.09.2022, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, at Police Station Sadar, District Karnal; and FIR No.436 dated 01.12.2022, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal, in a fair and proper manner and for entrusting the investigation of the above-said FIRs to some independent investigating agency like the Crime Branch of Central Bureau of Investigation or some other senior official of police.

It is submitted by the counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from SI Shree Bhagwan, that the police are investigating the matter but have not filed any challan so far. The matter will be investigated in the right earnest for taking further action in the matter. 5.
In view of the above, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter, as this stage. Moreover, the son of the petitioner is an accused in the case. The said son has not even come forward to dispute the facts alleged against him.
