(Oral) Counsel for the State submits that despite asking of the SHO, Police Station Ghanie Ke Banger, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur, the petitioner is not appearing before him to record her statement and as per the information supplied by the SHO, there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner as she was earlier married to respondent No.4 and now, he do not want to stay with her and the dispute, if any, is of matrimonial discord.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
