M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The appellant had sought a decree of divorce but her petition was dismissed against which order she filed the present appeal. During pendency of the appeal, the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and agreed for divorce by mutual consent. Copy of the settlement is placed on record as EX.CX. Counsel for the appellant submits that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, has already been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties.
