(ORAL) This appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 has been filed against the order dated 28.04.2014 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in I.T. (SS). A No.101/DEL/1998 for the block period 01.04.1986 to 14.08.1996.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has received verbal instructions in terms of Circular No.24/2015 dated 31.12.2015 to withdraw the present appeal. A prayer was made that liberty be granted to the appellant to move an application for revival of the appeal is something survives therein.
