(Oral) Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that parties have compromised the matter before the concerned Gram Panchayat, village Jauli and placed on record the compromise recorded by the Gram Panchayat. As per the contents of the compromise, both the parties have agreed to withdraw the cases filed against each other. Mr. Rajbir Sehrawat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that they have already withdrawn two cases against the appellant and the present Regular Second Appeal has to be withdrawn and amount of `60,000/- is lying in the custody of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, village Jauli which shall be paid after the withdrawal of the present case. RSA No.4372 of 2011 (O&M) {2} In view of the aforementioned, the present Regular Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned compromise.
