Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 87 dated 15.04.2024, registered under Sections 323, 326, 452, 148, 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on), at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural. 2.
By virtue of order dated 27.08.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
