(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this bunch of 10 cases bearing RFA Nos. 3255, 3262, 3283, 3285, 3309, 3550, 4539, 4723, 4724, 4820 of 2013, is squarely covered by the order dated 5.2.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 1853 of 2012 (Attar Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others). She prays for disposal of all these appeals in terms of the order dated 5.2.2016 passed in Attar Singh's case (supra). The abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellant has also not been disputed by learned counsel for the State.
