Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 2158-2020 titled as 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 13.03.2024 and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the respondents will consider the claim of the petitioner as per his eligibility in terms of the order passed in Ashish Sharma' s case (Supra). 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stands disposed of in the same terms and conditions passed in Ashish Sharma' s case (Supra).
