**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.307, dated 25.11.2023, under Sections 379, 427, 34 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad.

This Court vide order dated 23.08.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.08.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ram Kumar does not controvert the said fact and further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
