This Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated 30.05.2013 whereby learned Single Judge dismissed a bunch of writ petitions in which writ petitioners sought direction for their absorption against the post of Social Studies Masters. The official respondents have filed additional affidavit explaining that LPA Nos.1224 of 2013, 1388 of 2013, 1389 of 2013, 1810 of 2013 and 1811 of 2013 preferred against the order of learned Single Judge dated 30.05.2013 have been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench vide a common judgment dated 12.08.2014 (Annexure R-I). The unsuccessful writ petitioners challenged the Division Bench judgment in SLPs before the Hon'ble Supreme Court but the same were also Meenu 2017.03.16 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

LPA-10-2015 (O&M) -2dismissed vide order Annexure R-II. Thereafter they filed review petitions before the Apex Court which have also been dismissed vide orders Annexure R-III.

In view of the fact that the judgment in appeal has already been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the instant appeal must fail for the reasons assigned in the above-cited judgments. Dismissed.
