The impugned order warrants no interference. The appellant has been regularised by an order dated 2.9.2014. The benefit conferred by this order, however, was withdrawn by an order dated 11.9.2014. The learned Judge set aside the order dated 11.9.2014 and directed the respondent-authorities to consider the matter afresh. The appellant has, therefore, succeeded. The appellant is, however, aggrieved by the concluding part of the order by which the learned Judge observed that by virtue of the order, impugned in this appeal, the petitioner would not acquire the status of a regular employee and would continue to serve as a contractual employee till such time as final orders upon consideration of matter are passed. This arrangement is only pending the fresh decision. If the appellant succeeds, he would be entitled to the benefit of the order of PARKASH CHAND 2015.01.23 14:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
