Learned State counsel submits that the compliance of the order dated 28.04.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, has been duly carried out by the respondent-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural). In support of the same, learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of letter No. 2425 dated 28.05.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concurs with the submissions made by learned State counsel and submits that he does not wish to pursue the present petition any further. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by both learned counsels, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
