(Oral) This letters patent appeal assails the order dated 21.12.2012 whereby the learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition filed by private-respondents in terms of his earlier decision in the case of Subhash Chander and others versus State of Haryana and others, i.e., CWP No.18438 of 2010 decided on 03.11.2012.

Though this letters patent appeal is liable to be dismissed outrightly on account of the delay of 848 days in its filing, however, it is not disputed and is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the appellants that letters patent appeal against the main judgment, i.e. LPA No.361 of 2014 (Subhash Chander and others versus State of Haryana and others) and other connected cases has since been dismissed on 12.05.2014. On the same analogy, the instant appeal is also

LPA No.1011 of 2015 (O&M) [2] liable to be dismissed on merits as well.

Ordered accordingly.
