 The appellant has filed this appeal against the impugned judgment dated 23.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed. 2.

Learned State counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab has informed this Court that No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been issued to the appellant on 30.01.2023 and therefore, nothing further survives and the appeal has become rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the appeal be disposed of as infructuous. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, the appeal is disposed of as having rendered infructuous and no further directions are required to be issued.
