Fearing for life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents, the petitioner, invoking the fundamental right of life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, has come up before this Court seeking protection through the State. 2.

State's counsel handed over reply which is taken on record. He further submits that the petitioner has no lis and no locus to file the present petition. 3.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be contended and satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh representation to respondentno.2 and the concerned respondent be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to respondent no.2-SSP within 15 days from today. In case any such representation is filed within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2 himself/herself or by delegating the same to any officer not below the rank of PPS, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of to the extent mentioned above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
