((  *&  + (,   Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 18.10.2021, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation, subject to him depositing the amount of Rs.80,000/- with the Registry of this Court, by way of demand draft in the name of Registrar (General) of this Court.
