VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH Present: Mr. Rahul Jain and Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shehrawat, Advocates for the appellants ..
S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):
The impugned order warrants no interference. The appellants have been regularised by an order dated 28.08.2014. The benefit conferred by this order, however, was withdrawn by an order dated 12.9.2014. The learned Judge set aside the order dated 12.9.2014 and directed the respondent-authorities to consider the matter afresh. The appellants have, therefore, succeeded. The appellants are, however, aggrieved by the concluding part of the order by which the learned Judge observed that by virtue of the order, impugned in this appeal, the petitioners would not acquire the status of regular employees and would continue to serve as contractual employees till such time as final orders upon consideration of matter are passed. This arrangement is only pending the fresh decision. If the appellants succeed, they would be entitled to the benefit of the order of PARKASH CHAND 2015.01.23 14:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
