ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The learned State counsel submits that two accused, namely, Kewaljit Singh and Surinder Singh were arrested and even 326 of the IPC is one of the Sections arraigned in the FIR.

At given this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition on the grounds that the prayer have met. Consequently, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
