The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.114, dated 12.06.2023, Annexure P-1, registered under Section 379 IPC, at Police Station Buria, District Yamuna Nagar and all susequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
