1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The order dated 14.08.2014 of learned Single Judge issuing "notice of motion only on the quantum of punishment for 03.03.2015" is under challenge in this letters patent appeal on the ground that the learned Single Judge ought to have issued notice of motion unconditionally. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
We have serious doubts on the maintainability of this appeal. Be that as it may, we are not inclined to entertain the same at this stage. Suffice it would be to safeguard the interest of the appellant that in case he is aggrieved by the final order passed by learned Single Judge, he shall be at
LPA No.1023 of 2015 (O&M) [2] liberty to assail the order dated 14.08.2014 as well. With liberty aforementioned, the appeal stands disposed of.
