CM-2135-LPA-2015 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 120 days in filing the appeal is condoned. LPA-1027-2015 The only issue which survives in this appeal pertains to the final decision to be taken by the Directorate General, Employment and Training, Meenu 2016.10.21 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh Government of India with regard to affiliation of the respondent-Institute to
CM-2135-LPA-2015 in/and LPA-1027-2015 (O&M) -2whom a notice of de-affiliation was served on 08.12.2014. Learned counsel for the Directorate General, Employment and Training informs that a fresh inspection of the Institute was carried out on 23.07.2016 and some deficiencies having been found and the Institute has been asked to rectify the same. He further states that response of the Institute is still awaited.
In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Institute to respond to the queries, if any, raised by the Directorate within a period of two weeks whereupon the Directorate General, Employment and Training, New Delhi, shall take the final decision within two months. A similar decision shall be taken by the Director, National Council for Vocational Training, Government of India also within a period of three months.
Disposed of accordingly.
