(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions that the cancellation report filed by the police has indeed been accepted by the concerned Court on 06.08.2024 but thereafter a protest petition, which has been later on converted into a complaint case, has been filed by the petitioner which is under consideration.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition so as to pursue the protest petition (later on converted into a complaint case) filed before the concerned Court in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
