(Oral) The instant application seeks to withdraw the main appeal with liberty to the appellant to avail the remedy, if any, to seek refund of the excess fee and security amount said to have been deposited by him. It may be mentioned that as regard to other relief, the learned Single Judge has already granted liberty to the appellant to initiate civil and criminal action against the respondent-College in accordance with law. The application is accordingly allowed and with liberty aforementioned, the main appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
