This appeal has been filed by the appellant-husband, challenging judgment dated 10.12.2015, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, whereby his petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking dissolution of his marriage solemnized on 04.07.2003 with the respondent, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite best efforts on his part, appellant has not contacted him. He pleads no instructions.

Perusal of file reveals that the matter is pending after issuance of notice of motion on 23.02.2016 to await service of the respondent. Necessary steps for serving the respondent have not been taken till date and today learned counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions.
