(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0033 dated 27.04.2025 Sections 118(1), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS (Section 118(2), 238 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Raghbir Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and not required for further investigation.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2025, is hereby made absolute.
