The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the official respondents to take legal action against the accused in a case arising out of FIR No.127 dated 05.11.2022, under Sections 341, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 325 and 379-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1). 2.
Pursuant to the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by this Court, a status report by way of an affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police has been filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3, 5 and 6 and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, the petitioner/complainant is not co-operating with the investigating agency and due to this, the investigation has been delayed. He further submits that in case the petitioner/complainant appears before the investigating agency, they shall conclude the investigation within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the petitioner/complainant is directed to appear before the investigating agency to join the investigation at 10:00 am on 11.09.2024. MAMTA 2024.09.13 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

The police shall associate the petitioner/complainant in the process of investigation and he shall not be harassed by any police officer. 6.
The investigating officer is directed to file the final report of investigation within a period of four weeks from today. 7.
