CM No. 11218-CII of 2017 in/and FAO No. M-86 of 2016 - 2 - April, 2017 (Annexures A-1 & A-2) arrived at between the parties, which were tendered in case i.e. CRM No. M-34360 of 2015, disposed of vide order dated 03rd April, 2017 (Annexure A-3), the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and the applicant-appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

FAO No. M-86 of 2016 At the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the date of hearing in the main case is pre-poned from 05.09.2017 to today. 2.
