Prayer in this petition is for setting aside order dated 17.08.2017 whereby plea of the petitioner for pre-mature release has been rejected.

Stand of the petitioner is that petitioner has already completed his prison term and is entitled to be released forthwith. Learned State counsel submits that the concerned authority shall consider the stand and pass a fresh order within two weeks from today. In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
