The principal grievance of the petitioner, who is the auction purchaser, is against interlocutory orders passed by DRT, Delhi including the one rejecting his application for impleadment as a party-respondent in SA No.116 of 2016 (Mamta Gupta vs Oriental Bank of Commerce and another) filed by the borrower against the Bank. [2] In our considered view, all these orders are appealable before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. In view of the availability of an effective alternative remedy, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to avail the above-said remedy.
