Dhillon, Advocate for respondents No.4 to 7. ***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to make the enquiry against respondent No.7Sarpanch. Learned State counsel has submitted that the tenure of respondent No.7-Sarpanch has elapsed and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous and as such, the same be disposed of. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
