Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants will be satisfied in case, the respondent who are also present in the Court are requested that in case they are to sell their property, the first option be given to the appellants to purchase their property on the same rate as being asked by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from the respondents submits that the respondents have no intention to sell their property as of now, but in case, at any given point of time, they intend to sell their property, the first option will be given to the appellants to purchase the said property.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that official respondents be also directed to comply with the terms and conditions of the order dated 30.06.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge which is mentioned in paragraph No. 6 of the said order. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that in case,

the appellants files any such representation with the authority concerned for the implementation of the directions given by the learned Single Judge in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 30.06.2014, the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that in case, the claim of the appellants is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the appellants will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents recorded herein above, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with authorities concerned as stated herein before.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
