By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No.326, dated 16.04.2023, registered under Sections 307, 34, 54, 59 of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, lodged at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
