 Present revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 13.08.2019 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa vide which the Court has opted to frame charges under Section 307 IPC as well as impugned charge7sheet dated 13.08.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned trial Court at an appropriate stage.
