Having regard to the fact that pursuant to the previous order dated 07.01.2015, the State Government has re-constituted the Board of Governors and has further directed respondent No.5 to hand over charge of the office of Vice Chancellor to the Secretary, Technical Education Department, Punjab and pursuant thereto, he has actually handed over that charge on 16.01.2015, learned counsel for the appellant submits and rightly so that this appeal in a way has become infructuous.
