Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Harpreet Singh has pointed out that the petitioner in the present case was arrested and thereafter released on regular bail and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
